Preparing for class took me an amazing amount of time today. I can see why professors complain about teaching — for me, anyway, it seems like I don't have time to do anything else. At the moment the programming contest is only a few days away and the POPL deadline isn't that much further off, so it seems totally extravagant to be planning lectures, but what can I do? It's what they're paying me for.
